Doll House

I picked this little gem up at a garage sale for $2. It need a lot of TLC, new carpet, tile and complete paint job.  Of course I had fun helping the girls pick out colors for the rooms and we just used left over carpet and tile from our house.  The girls just LOVE it! I'm going to print out little pictures of the girls to hang on the walls.

Polka Dancers

After the fly-in breakfast we went out to the St George Harvest Festival. We played Bingo, won lots of prizes at the kiddie games and Ashlyn even won a toy in the raffle!

The girls had fun dancing and running around. Probably the highlight of the afternoon.

Fly in Breakfast

9-9-12

The girls and I went to the Fly-In Breakfast in New Ulm. We met Grandma Deb & Grandpa Jim and the Beranek kids - Jared, Chloe and Morgan.  Everyone had plenty of pancakes for breakfast and then we went to explore all the airplanes and other service vehicles.  The kids had a blast!

The girls wanted to wear their cowgirl boots and hats to go over to Chuck and Vicky's house for the day.  Ashlyn was so excited that Chuck let her ride Sunny the horse while she was there.... "all by myself!!!" 

 

Harvest

Harvest 2012 officially started Saturday.

First Day of Preschool!

Ashlyn has been so excited to go back to preschool!  She has Mrs. Voigt again this year and just LOVES her!  She thinks it's pretty cool that she is in the "big kid" four year old class (vs 3yr olds).  I can't wait to see what she all has to say about her first day when I go to pick her up!

Tiling

Joe and the guys got a bunch of tiling done before fall.
Weather couldn't have been hotter in July, usually upper 90's.  Ugh, way too hot!

Kaelyn was so excited to drive the 4-wheeler all by herself.
She needs help steering but otherwise she does really well!

Joe set up some balloons for Ashlyn to practice shooting her bb gun.
She was sooo excited!  She did pretty good, even hit a few balloons!

Sisterly Love

These two sisters love each other.  Sure there are times when the argue and fight over toys, but for the most part they have a lot of fun together!  There are always lots of hugs and kisses given out at the Loula house!

We went to help dad combine wheat.
