Planting Trees

We planted trees this past Tuesday when it was really windy.  The girls were a great help. Joe dug the hole then the girls took turns putting the trees in the hole and watering them. 

 

 

 

 

 

Baby Bunny

Gauge found this adorable little bunny while we were outside planting some new trees. Ashlyn was in love with it! The furry little thing crawled up her sleeve and tickled her...
Now she wants a pet bunny :) 
*Kaelyn was napping, otherwise I'm sure she would have been loving on it too*

The girls got this cute stroller from their cousin Molly.
It's actually made for baby dolls, but Kaelyn thought she fit in it quite nicely.

Picnic Lunch

Ashlyn asks to have a picnic lunch almost every day that the weather is nice.

Morel Mushroom Hunting 2012

Daddy took us out mushroom hunting late Sunday afternoon.  We went deep into the woods and found some huge morels!   Ashlyn did great at spotting them and Kaelyn liked picking them and putting them in the bag.  We found two plastic grocery bags full. Not bad for one day.

Daddy took Kaelyn for her first ride on the John Deere 630.
She thought it was pretty fun. Lots of smiles.
