With being behind in my blogging this summer I almost forgot to post Ashlyn's 4 year stats. Seems that her lucky number is 4 this year :)
~ Height: 41 inches (80%)
~ Weight: 40lbs (73%)
Now that she's four, she likes to talk about when she was a "little kid" (age three and younger) and how now that she is four, she can do all kinds of big girl things. She has more responsibilies around the house and she wants to learn how to do dishes... as in load and unload the dishwasher. I'm not sure if she's ready for that but she's always asking to help wash dishes in the sink, vacuum, mop, cook etc... Love it! I just hope that she still wants to do these things when they really are her chores :)
Other things that she has been up to:
~ Can write her first name
~ Gets herself dressed. The ourfits can be pretty interesting some days!
~ Learning to count to 20
~ Working on letter reconition
~ Swims underwater with out goggles
~ Likes to take showers by herself
~ Likes to "read" books, she makes up the story based on the pictures
and what she remembers you reading to her. So cute!
~ Plays pretend nurse, mommy, horse etc!
~ Loves to play outside and go on "adventures"
~ Makes new friends easliy.
~ Her favorite food is brats
~ Her favorite movie is Lion King
